Re: I haven't found a Scholls trade token since the late '80s,

Hello Monte,

I do have access to the pile as it's public...as long as no one decides they don't like me there. It's been smoothed/rolled out for a future ballfield, so I've been cautious in my digging/repair and avoid the weekdays when the construction crews are onsite. Everything they had from the excavation went over the bank...and most of the good stuff likely is at the bottom. Top soil came off and was then covered by the deeper material as they excavated.

I have little doubt there is more in the pile, but it will probably never be found unless on that top grade. Pile is probably 25-30 feet deep. Hundreds of truckloads.

I found the token w/ the MX Sport and 10" coil, and using the V3i yesterday picked up a couple mid century wheats - not much to get excited about. Did pull a LARGE 18k plated mens ring that had me going:-)
