Surprises often come from the 'unplanned.'

Matter-of-fact, 'let-downs' seem to accompany a lot of well-planned and highly anticipated hunts, so I guess we need those surprises to help even things out at times. Congrats on the Indian Head. thumbs up Usually by the first of May I would have several Indian Heads recovered, but this has been an 'unexpected' year as I am at Zero as of this morning. sad smiley My US silver coin count is below 'normal' but I think that has also been hampered by health issues this past several years.

Right now, at 1:44 AM, I am trying to think of any partially open area, as you found, where I might head off to today that might hold a keeper or two. It's supposed to be clear and sunny with a high of 84° today, and I am at a loss at where to go. Oh well, maybe it will be a 'surprise' day?

Get well and I hope you can get out more in the coming days over on your much wetter side of the state.

Question: Which coil were you using, and I presume that was your Racer, correct?
