I used to buy those toggle switch boots at various parts stores. Electronic parts stores, and common places such as Home Depot or Lowes.

Sometimes they have boots that just sort of slip-on over the toggle switch and some are a rubber boot with a nut in the base that can screw on the toggle switch, that is if there is ample threaded shaft available and if the threading is a match.
