I found using a Tesoro model in my favorite ghost town. Most was using a 7" Concentris coil until the brought out the 6" Concentris and I quickly switched over.

I have a number of detectors I use, often for different applications, that are very good detectos. Nokta FORS CoRe, FORS, Relic, Impact, Simplrx +, Garrett Apex, and I always have my two favorite Tesoro's along .... the Silver Sabre and Bandido II microMAX version.

I also used to be one of those who made a club meeting with a lot of impressive old coins and artifacts, all found using a Tesoro.
