Yup Monte I agree 100% on the coil ear placement. Its a head scratcher. The Equinox 6" coil looks great mounted in the center. Some of the stuff these manufacturers do makes you wonder if they have anyone on the team that actually uses the equipment? They need regular everyday users on the engineering team. Oh speaking of F75s I found a good deal on a f75+ with a nel 9x5 sharpshooter coil. All I can say is wow! The ID on it is super tight and it is not bothered by EMI. Forgot how much I liked this machine. Trigger pinpoint and GB. Easy menu with giant numbers. Weight and balance is great swings like a dream. Took a couple close up pics of the legends 6" coil. If you break these coil ears your definitely doing something wrong lol. They also have the square washer insert like the simplex.
