Monte has it right. Originally looked forward to using my Legend that sat on the bench for 4 months.
Bench testing while recovering from surgery. gave me 4 months to play with it. Never really meshed with it,
something always seemed amiss, then there were too many updates to try and fix this or that. Along with adding more and more features.
Which is great if you want to play around all day with menu settings and possibly getting frustrated. Operation is getting more complex with every update. It took me 10 years to learn my digital cameras complex menu system. I don't need a learning curve like the Minelab Explorer.

The Anfibio Multi was near perfect for me. Put that into a Simplex-Legend housing and straight shaft set-up. No software changes or crazy menu system. It's a win-win machine. And it came with a nice selection of search coils and a concentric. And it loved picking up deeper Canadian clad coins.

There is a plus to the Legend, the 6" coil is excellent, pinpoints and detunes a target signal so its about dead center of the coil, just like a concentric. In my opinion, Nokta/Makro tried too hard in pleasing everyone's wants and wishes in building the Legend software versions.

Drawback for me using the Legend was only one mode was really usable in the field for Canadian clad hunting. The Simplex was 100% better.

Going to wait for the next Legend update, see how much better it is and see if I can tweak the settings to my liking and if it likes Canadian clad any better. If not, it will be trade material.
