Well, if the dude wants cash in hand and the local post office can't handle that? $400 - Wow, i going to say i don't believe the local post office didn't have $400 in the building. BS excuse. Just me. Dude changed his mind.

Well, I always take a Postal Money Order and have never had a problem. I have tried to cash them for $300 or more at different Post Offices and they said they didn't have enough cash-on-hand. Smaller places like Vale Oregon or Clyde Texas. but the MO was returned and I took it to the Ogden post office where I bought it .... "Sorry, we don't have that much cash-on-hand. Take it to your Bank".

Now, different banks handle them differently and in this case I will likely have to deposit it because it is made out to the other fellow. I am heading to the Bank in an hour and I'll find out.
