I contacted him for an internal battery for my Multi Kruzer. Week or so later he contacted back asking for the SN# which I promptly sent him and been almost a month and never heard back. Followed up and not a peep.
Might send a text to Nokta directly and see if they have a battery floating around.
If my MK leaks this summer I'll probably go back to the AT Pro for my fresh water hunting. Can't beat Garretts service still best in business for customer support.
A few days of messages for a Racer 2 repair and also inquiring about 7" Concentric search coil, but no return call at all. Not how a Service Center should be. I am going to send an e-mail to Dilek and find out if they have made a change in a service provider, and also voice my complaint. I had contact with someone who also said he tried but failed to get a call-back.
