I sent out an email on Monday to Nokta about servicing my simplex...receive a return email stating they received my inquiry and would get back in 24-48 hours. I haven't heard anything as of yet. Wasn't sure what to think about that, but with this post I 'll give them some more time. They must have some problem that needs to be addressed, maybe an illness or something similar...there's a lot going on in the world that could cause someone to change priorities for a short time...not sure that's an excuse rather that a thought.
