headquarters beginning on Feb 6th when the earthquake hit the Turkey / Syrian border area. Deaths have reached 46,000 and still counting. I imagine employees if not directly impacted would have family and friends that are. The Governments believe 200K people are still missing in the many collapsed apartment buildings and homes. I imagine the entire country is much out of synch

Sorry to hear you are having frustrations with the US repair center. I don't believe your experience represents the type of service Nokta desires for their customers.
