Sorry to hear you are having frustrations with the US repair center. I don't believe your experience represents the type of service Nokta desires for their customers.
The issue is here in the USA and the phone calls and customer service, or lack of, are definitely not what Nokta Detection Technologies wants to have happen. Service is an important factor for any good manufacturer to establish and maintain loyal customers.
Hoping to hear back from Dilek today with an update on their US Service center.
