Good write up Rick.
In this modern era of "depth, depth, depth" that was read of so often on most Forums or hear in open discussions, it was refreshing to read RickUK's post of his decisions .. and resulting success .. from transitioning to smaller-size search coils for a lot of his detecting. Another savvy detectorist who would likely fit in well with the group of us on most of our WTHO trashier conditions. It would be great if he could make a trip over and mingle with us on a future Outing. Yes, smaller coils are very useful in so many ways. thumbs up
