Congrats on your Classic ID purchase. Now, about search coils. thinking

I don't have a White's 'snooper' coil in my Accessory Coil group, and would have added one but instead managed a trade for a modified Classic ID with a 5½" Concentric 'Ferret' coil mounted. With the rest of my Detector Outfit that will fill my smaller-coil White's needs.

But when I used to have two or three Classic SL series models on-hand, including a Classic III SL, Classic ID and IDX Pro, all with Mr. Bill's modifications, I used to keep that Blue Max 350 mounted full-time on my modded Classic III SL to best handle tighter, confided spaces and dense brush, and also do some hunting in dense trash or close to metal structures.

For a while I kept two TID models set to grab with the Blue Max 350 on the Classic ID and a Blue Max 600 on my IDX Pro. That made a very handy 2-detector team for TID use in trashier sites. I let my Classic III go since I already had the other two Classic units plus my also non-display Tesoro Bandido II µMAX and Silver Sabre µMAX were handling most of my hunting needs where Target ID wasn't needed or all that useful.

I'm sure you'll have a use for the Blue Max 350 if you have an assortment of Classic series devices. If I see a good deal on a clean 6½" Concentric, like the Blue Max 600, 5.3 Black Max or 5.3 Bullseye, I'll send you a message.

Cindy, a good Tesoro-built model should not be overlooked.

I agree about the "2nd effort" of Troy Custom Detectors.
