Now, since you have nice weather, I'll give you four months ....

That ought to be enough time for you to learn to UN-like the XL Pro and get fatigued by the weight, the sun glare off that big needle meter that blocks your view of the ground you're hunting, To get tired of the highly-functional controls. to get tired of having to listen to a very smooth, clean audio response, and decide to part with that oldie. My birthday is in just less than 4 months and this old phart would be more than happy to take it in for adoption ... that somewhat dated XL Pro.

As an older character I can understand it's age and need for special care and pampering, which is what I do with all my detectors, and it would arrive in time for me to treat it kindly. Take it for some walks on our WTHO the first of June to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. Let it share some enjoyable detecting time with another older member of the sport, and I'd even tell it stories about how good it will be for you to be able to use some of the lighter-weight and more 'youthful' newer detectors on your adventures. Yes, I'd take care of it, regularly, and comfort it to know that you'd no longer be fatigued having to tote that boxier thing around, and the embarrassment you'd face having to try and explain to others why you're using some old, clunky-styled, out-dated detector.

Just enjoy it while you can, and as you get worn down, just drop me an e-mail and I'll send you my address. Why, I'd even help pay shipping my birthday present to me just to ease the strain on your wallet. I wouldn't want you to feel bad about being so kind.

smileys with diet Dr. Pepper float Enjoy that XL Pro.
