I have no clue at all who they might have hired because in the past five+ years they have lost engineers. Hired a couple of unknowns in 2014 or 2015, but we never heard anything or saw anything from them. Heck, the last one I read about in a White's Dealer Newsletter had absolutely no experience in this field, and said he was interested to be working at White's so he could learn how they make metal detectors. WHAT !!! People have quit, retreated or even passed away who have been involved in detector development in the past.

Nope, I don't see any sign of smart-thinking and progressive detector design coming by spring.
