Monte - Of the various situations i might expect, this really wasn't one of them. Hard enough to find 1, much less 2. Fortunately it wasn't the stacked spill we recently discussed:-) And yes, there was some muted excitement. First one was surprise, second was disbelief....but when that third high bleep came through some excitement set in. That was quickly quelled by the nail:-(
You had me going for a moment on your silver halves as i knew you were savvy to the mint dates of Kennedys (though you could find a 71 proof set half $). I am sure that you too were excited at that, even though you've found many folders of goodies in your time. I know i would be.
This gives me hope that there is at least one seated half out there on those hillsides to luck into.
Kinda dwindled down to a seated half, a flying eagle cent, a 2 cent piece and a peace dollar on the bucket list. I supposed a 20c piece or a capped bust could happen, but those would truly be a surprise in our area.
As for your future move plans....well, i know your opinion on rain:-) Just avoid those 'dust devils' if you settle on Missouri (have heard it pronounced similarly, but with a different dictionary meaning):-)
Hope you get out this week before we see some weather changes!
