And it needs many many years I have put in whole lot her detecting time in parks and other public places all around there. Good old Mount Tabor has been my number one top– producing old park. I know many different areas up there that took some time and effort but in the end, patience rewarded me.
Many a time I would head out to go hunt some other location or find someplace new, and with nothing happening I would head to Tabor. If I only had an hour or two to get away, I'd head to Tabor. There are a few other parks that were also very good, such as Washington Park which is probably number two on my list, and Columbia Park wood squeak in is number 3
I wish I was feeling healthy and we had a break in the weather because I'd love to it in and just spend 2 or 3 days hunting Mount Tabor. Should that happen and I have that opportunity, I'll give you a heads up just in case you have a little free time. Company is always enjoyable.
Thank you for posting your success. I've pulled silver off of Tabor and a lot of other denominations, but there are certain areas there that for some reason always seem to be good nickel producers. You know that's mainly the coin I mentioned you're likely to find in that area. I hope you get out again soon
